Roll-In Shawarma is a food truck operated by PK Hospitality LLC in Green, Ohio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you order from us, join Roll-In Rewards, or use our website (rollinshawarma.com), drive-up ordering page or kiosk, and how we use it.

The short version: we collect what we need to make your order, run your rewards account and contact you about it. Card payments are handled by Square, and we never see or store your full card number. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

Order details: what you order, your name, pickup time, notes, and (for drive-up) your parking spot and optional car description.
Contact details: email and phone number when you give them, for receipts, order updates and pickup.
Roll-In Rewards account: your name, email, birthday (month and day only), Member ID, points, rewards and order history.
Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name and email address with us. We don't receive your Google password, and we don't get access to your Gmail, contacts or files.
Payments: processed by Square. We receive the payment result and the last digits and card brand Square shows on receipts, but not your full card number.
Catering and event requests: the details you send us, such as date, location, headcount and contact information.
Device and usage information: basic technical data your browser sends (like device type and pages visited). We also use your browser's storage to remember your cart and sign-in.

How we use it

To take, prepare and hand over your order, and to send receipts and order updates.
To run Roll-In Rewards: points, rewards, member deals, your first-order free roll and birthday treat.
To answer catering and event requests.
To send member offers and alerts you've signed up for. You can turn these off at any time.
To prevent fraud and abuse (for example, limiting a one-time offer to one person) and to keep our systems secure.
To understand which of our ads and promotions work. Our website uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to measure ad results.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our ordering system, and only as needed:

Square: payments, receipts and kitchen tickets.
Supabase: our secure database and sign-in service.
Google: only if you choose Sign in with Google.
Meta: ad measurement through the pixel on our website.
Email delivery services: to send sign-in codes, receipts and offers.

We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub are covered by those companies' privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep your rewards account while it's active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

See, fix or delete your information: email us and we'll help. Deleting your rewards account removes your points and rewards.
Emails: turn off member offers and alerts in your rewards account, or use the unsubscribe link in any offer email.
Google: you can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), sign-in codes instead of passwords, and access controls so only the right staff can see order and member information. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our website and rewards program are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
