Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms apply when you use rollinshawarma.com, order from us online, at drive-up or at our kiosk, buy a gift card, request catering, or join Roll-In Rewards. Roll-In Shawarma is a food truck operated by PK Hospitality LLC in Green, Ohio ("we", "us"). By ordering or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Ordering and pickup
- Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted and you see your order number. We'll start making it for your chosen time.
- As soon as possible orders are taken during open hours, until 15 minutes before closing. Scheduled orders can be placed up to 7 days ahead for any open time we offer.
- Drive-up: tap "I'm here" on your order page when you arrive, pick your parking spot, and we'll bring it out. Please give the details we ask for (name, spot, car) so we can find you.
- Please pick up at your chosen time. Food held more than 60 minutes after it's ready may be thrown out for food safety, and we can't refund orders that aren't picked up.
- Menu items and prices can change, and items can sell out. If something you ordered isn't available, we'll offer a swap or a refund for that item.
2. Prices, tax and fees
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Ohio sales tax (currently 6.75% here) is added at checkout.
- Website orders include an online processing fee of 3.3% + $0.30, shown before you pay. Drive-up and kiosk orders placed at the truck have no processing fee.
- Tips are optional and go to our team.
- If a price is shown by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price.
3. Payment
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Kiosk cash orders are paid at the window before you receive your food.
- If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Need to change or cancel? Call us at (330) 587-5203 as soon as possible. Before we start cooking, we can usually cancel with a full refund. Once your food is made, we generally can't.
- Something wrong with your order? Tell us at pickup, or within 24 hours with your order number, and we'll make it right with a remake, a credit or a refund.
- If we have to cancel your order (for example, the truck can't open), you'll get a full refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Points from a refunded order are removed, as explained in the Rewards terms.
- The online processing fee is refunded when we cancel your order or refund it in full.
5. Hours, events and pauses
- Our hours, holiday closures and special hours are posted on the website and can change. Online ordering follows them automatically.
- When the truck is at an event or private catering, or the kitchen is very busy, we may pause online ordering. Paused times can't be ordered.
- Weather, mechanical or safety issues can make us close early. If that affects your order, we'll contact you and refund what we can't serve.
6. Promo codes and offers
- Promo codes and offers have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say so, and may have limits, dates and minimum orders.
- "Once per customer" codes (like WELCOME10) can be used once per person, email, phone number or member account.
- First-order free roll: on a member's first paid order, one Frankie Roll is free when the rest of the food is $15 or more before tax. You must be signed in, or checked in with your Member ID at the truck. It can't be combined with WELCOME10, and it only works once.
- Taco Tuesday: taco orders are $6.99 on Tuesdays, by your pickup day.
- We may change or end any offer, and may cancel an order that uses an offer in a way it wasn't meant for (for example, several accounts for one person).
7. Roll-In Rewards
Our free loyalty program has its own terms, which you agree to when you join. They're shown on the Rewards section of our website. In short:
- Earn 10 points for each $1 spent on food. Tax, tips, fees and gift cards don't earn points.
- Redeemed rewards are final. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Points from canceled or refunded orders are removed.
- Platinum: members who have earned 900 points in total unlock our secret menu while it's offered. Points you spend still count toward Platinum.
- We may change or end the program and will post changes on the website.
8. Gift cards
- Gift cards can be used for food and drinks at Roll-In Shawarma. They can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires.
- Our gift cards don't expire and have no fees.
- Treat a gift card like cash. We can't replace a lost or stolen card or code unless we can confirm the purchase and it hasn't been used.
9. Catering and events
- Catering requests through our website are a request, not a booking. We'll send you a quote.
- A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay the deposit. Your quote shows the deposit, the truck fee, any travel charge, and the cancellation terms for your event.
- Final headcount, menu, location and timing must be confirmed by the date in your quote.
10. Food, allergens and halal
- Our meat is 100% halal.
- Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), milk/dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, mustard and other allergens. We can't promise any item is free of an allergen, because of shared equipment and space. If you have a food allergy, please call us or ask at the window before ordering.
- Menu descriptions and photos are a guide. Items are made fresh and may look a little different.
- "Take it off" choices (like no onions) are made by request, but trace amounts may remain.
11. Accounts and sign-in
- You can sign in with an emailed code or with Google. Keep access to your email or Google account secure. You're responsible for orders and rewards used through your account and your Member ID.
- Give us accurate information. We may close an account used for fraud or misuse.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
12. Using the website
- Use the site only to learn about us, order food and manage your account. Don't misuse it: no interfering with ordering, testing our systems without permission, automated scraping or bulk ordering, or using someone else's account.
- Our name, logo, photos, menu text and website design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.
- We may update or pause the website at any time, and links to other sites (maps, delivery apps, reviews) are covered by those sites' own terms.
- Orders through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub are covered by their terms and refund policies.
13. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep our website and ordering accurate and available, but they're provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ohio or U.S. consumer protection law that can't be limited by agreement.
14. Ohio law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Summit County, Ohio, unless the law says otherwise. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
